Cipher Brothers

Here's my last one for today, Bill and Will Cipher! I first heard about Will Cipher in  Wandering-Exorcist's story "No Tears" (its amazing, you should read it). The idea of an opposite version of Bill sounded a little weird to me at first, but thanks to this super cute story, I changed my mind. Will Cipher is such an adorable character!
I was also inspired by all of the Inktober posts I looked at, and thought I would try my own ink work.
